When you meet a beautiful scenery, you need to think how to put it down into words in English. And additionally you even need to feel the situation you are involved in. When you begin feeling, you will have gentle or nice emotions out.
The third point is thinking. You need to think everyday in English. How could you manage it? It cannot be learned in just one day or two, It needs time to practise.
Don?t take everything for granted anymore! You need to think differently. Then when you put down your pen, you will feel you have strong passion to write.

Asia stocks fall amid Greek debt deal doubts

BANGKOK (AP) ? Asian stock markets were mostly lower Thursday as investors fretted over the details of a deal to save Greece from financial collapse and preserve its place among nations that use the euro. Japan bucked the trend as the yen weakened, boosting exporter shares.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng dropped 1 percent to 21,337.54 and South Korea's Kospi lost 1.1 percent to 2,005.47. Australia's S&P/ASX 200 shed 0.3 percent to 4,279.10. Benchmarks in Indonesia, Singapore and Taiwan were also lower.
But Japan's 225 Nikkei added nearly 0.1 percent to 9,562.51 as the dollar traded near a seven-month high against the yen. That's a positive sign for Japan's powerhouse exporters, which have struggled amid a prolonged period of strength in the yen.
Investors remained worried that a $170 billion bailout for Greece announced Tuesday would not be enough to keep the debt-laden country from eventually defaulting.
Greece is entering its fifth year of recession. Fitch ratings agency downgraded Greece further into junk status Wednesday, to a rating of C, one notch above default.
Greece says the bailout, plus an agreement it hopes to secure from investors to take losses on Greek government bonds, will keep it in the so called eurozone.
"No one expects anything exciting. After the markets rallied so much, people took some money off the table," said Derek Cheung, chief investment officer at Neutron INV Partners Ltd. in Hong Kong. "People expect that all the positive news is out already, so the markets have become more normal."
Wall Street was lower Wednesday, a day after the Dow Jones industrial average hit 13,000 for the first time in nearly four years. Analysts said investors are sifting through conflicting signals about the U.S. economy, Chinese growth and the longevity of the euro in deciding whether to buy or sell.
"Equity markets globally now seem to have reached an interesting inflection point, having gotten off to a great start to the year," said Cameron Peacock of IG Markets in Melbourne, Australia.
Investors are trying to determine whether recent highs on Wall Street would "trigger a bout of profit taking or serve as a catalyst for a new wave of money to come into the market," he said in a report. "At this stage the verdict appears evenly divided."
Japan's crucial export sector benefited from a weakening yen, which boosts repatriated profits and makes Japanese products cheaper overseas. Fujitsu Ltd. jumped 3.8 percent, while Sharp Corp. rose 2.2 percent and Nintendo Co. added 1.6 percent.
But Mazda Motor Corp. plummeted 6.8 percent after the struggling car maker said it will raise about $2 billion from selling new shares to invest in assembly plants and developing new vehicle technologies.
South Korean high-tech shares struggled a day after Hewlett-Packard Co. said earnings in the latest quarter fell 44 percent, while revenue was down 7 percent.
Samsung Electronics Co. tumbled 3.5 percent while LG Electronics lost 4.9 percent.
In the U.S., the Dow fell 0.1 percent to close at 12,938.67. The Standard & Poor's 500 lost 0.3 percent to 1,357.66. The Nasdaq composite slipped 0.5 percent to 2,933.17.
Benchmark oil for April delivery was down 48 cents to $105.80 per barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The contract rose 3 cents to finish at $106.28, the highest since May, in New York on Wednesday.
In currency trading, the dollar slipped to 80.09 yen. On Wednesday in New York, the greenback reached 80.24 yen ? a seven-month high that came a week after the Bank of Japan announced a surprise increase in its economic stimulus program. The yen has been falling against the dollar ever since the announcement.
The euro rose to $1.3263 from $1.3244.

George Hamilton in spotlight, looking for a tan (omg!)
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - George Hamilton moves from story to story, one more outrageous than the next.
There is no theme to tie them together but he's having such a good time telling them, you just let him roll on.
"I'm on the Concorde flying from London with Kirk Douglas and he says, 'George, I've never seen you this pale. I don't even know you.' So I go into the bathroom with this bronzer and I put on a coat every half hour.
"Three and half hours later we're in New York and I'm looking like Sidney Poitier. Kirk looks at me and says, 'You're the darkest person I've ever seen. How did that happen?' I said, 'Tricks of the trade, pal.'"
Whether he's talking about his trademark tan, his rich history with Hollywood's elite, or his most recent role on tour with stage show "La Cage Aux Folles," Hamilton commands the spotlight.
He laughs, he waves his hands, and rarely completes three sentences without launching into a story so improbable, it's hard to tell if he's serious.
Hamilton bursts into a yarn about playing cards with poker champions Pug Pearson and Doyle Brunson, saying he was so nervous his body language would reveal his hand, that he never looked at his cards.
"Well, I won once or twice because they didn't know what I had. Then again I didn't either!" he said sporting a wide grin backstage at Washington's Kennedy Center, where "La Cage" just completed a run.
Hamilton receives top billing in the musical but freely admits the heavy lifting is being done by two-time Tony Award nominee Christopher Sieber.
Hollywood actor Hamilton has been blistered by some critics during the tour but insists he takes it in stride.
"First and foremost, every few years I'll take on something that I know is really challenging, something that may be past my ability to do," Hamilton said. "And I open myself up to it because if you don't, you don't know and you don't grow.
"And you have to be prepared to take the knocks for that."
NO DIVA
Sieber said he loves working alongside the 72-year-old, Memphis-born Hamilton.
"If he was a terrible diva, I would be gone by now," he said. "But he's so terrific. And such a generous soul. There is not a mean bone in his body. He's so self-deprecating.
"I've never seen anybody work so hard. Everytime he's off-stage, he's back in his book making sure that he knows his lines. Every single show."
Sieber plays Albin in the new production of the 1983 Jerry Herman/Harvey Fierstein musical after playing Hamilton's role, Georges, on Broadway. It's a good thing, said Sieber, because he was able to help Hamilton during the opening of the tour.
"In the beginning it was a little bit of a ventriloquist act," he said. "I would not move my lips and tell him the line. I was also grabbing him and pulling him and pushing him into the right spots. But he's gotten so much better now."
Hamilton, a bachelor since 1975, enjoys life whether he's stumbling through TV show "Dancing with the Stars," sifting through acting roles that continually come his way, or just sitting back and telling stories to anyone who will listen.
He admits to being compulsive.
"I'll jump out of an airplane and I'll think, 'Maybe I should have brought a parachute. That would have been a good idea,'" he said.
And, of course, he has no problem talking about his perpetual tan.
"I remember once in London in the midst of winter, I was at the Grosvenor House and I decided I was going to get a tan no matter what," he said. "The clouds would come and there would be sun for about eight minutes, and I figured if I stayed there long enough, I could get a really good tan.
"To do it, I had to lift up the window on the third floor and climb partly out onto the ledge. And I'm perched on this ledge, and an old woman looks up and says, 'What's he doing? Is he trying to jump? What are you doing up there?'
"I thought, 'Why don't you just go away? I'm trying to get a tan.'
"She doesn't stop. 'Everybody, come here. Look at him. He's going to jump,'" Hamilton adds in a Cockney accent.
A crowd gathered before he was able to shoo them away.
Although he sported a rich tan while running through a series of Kennedy Center interviews, Hamilton, impeccably attired in a dark blue suit, dark tie, and pinstriped shirt, insisted he was "bleached out."
"I peeled once and underneath it there was a tan from 1959 there," he said. "Which reminds me of a time I was in Paris..."

He contends that to attract and retain small employers, while also fulfilling the goals of health reform, the SHOP exchanges must:

Terry Gardiner, vice president for policy and strategy with the Small Business Majority and former Alaska state legislator, observes that often-overwhelmed small-business owners need an exchange that will fulfill many of the functions served by the human resources departments of larger businesses. Exchanges should assist small employers with other health insurance-related functions, such as wellness programs, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) coverage, and flexible spending accounts.
RISKS TO EXCHANGES
An issue for states is the possibility that many small businesses will elect to self-insure, which means that they would directly pay health expenses of workers rather than helping to purchase insurance that covers those expenses. If so, the effect might be to draw small businesses away from the SHOP exchanges and cause higher costs in the exchanges by taking healthier participants out of the risk pool. The potential consequences are addressed in two separate articles.
Christine Eibner and colleagues at the RAND Corporation find that although self-insuring and purchasing additional stop-loss insurance to protect against very high expenditures would allow small businesses to avoid new rating regulations set forth in the Affordable Care Act, the incentives to self-insure after the act takes full effect are not strong enough to substantially affect small-businesses? decisions. The authors conclude that allowing small businesses to continue to self-insure would have little to no effect on premiums in the SHOP exchanges and would likely increase the number of small business employees with health insurance. Mark Hall at Wake Forest University School of Law addresses what measures states might take if the trend toward self-insurance does lead to adverse selection against regulated markets.
According to Jonathan Weiner and colleagues at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, adverse selection has the potential to create health insurance plans within the exchanges that have a disproportionate number of healthy or sick individuals, setting up the potential that plans with a larger number of healthy enrollees could be overpaid, while those with sicker enrollees could be underpaid. When modeling how adverse selection could play out under the law, they found that risk adjustment based on patients? diagnoses will likely be more accurate than ratings based on age and other factors. The article?s comprehensive review of Affordable Care Act provisions intended to curb adverse selection also finds that states have many options available as they design their exchanges. Although curbing adverse selection is feasible, it could prove challenging, Weiner and colleagues write.
WILL LARGE EMPLOYERS COME ON BOARD?
Beginning in 2017, states can choose to open their exchanges to large employers. William Kramer, executive director for national health policy for the Pacific Business Group on Health, investigates the likelihood of larger employers joining the exchanges if they become open to them. He concludes that in the short term (2014-2016), large employers may rely on the individual exchanges to provide coverage for their pre-Medicare retirees and part-time employees. However, large employer participation in the SHOP exchanges will depend on how viable the exchange marketplaces become, whether the Affordable Care Act survives mostly intact, and whether the labor market becomes competitive again.
