Virtually all arrests are made based on probable cause.??Your post lacks too many details about why you were detained, on what presumably state-based charges, whether there was a bond/bail hearing, etc. to give an answer to your post.??No reason to believe it was unlawful simply based on what you've posted.??Presumably the person had benefit of counsel.
